UNITAR is verheugd om in samenwerking met de Sigmund Freud Universiteit Wenen (SFU) het masterprogramma in internationaal publiekrecht (Master of Laws (LL.M.)) aan te bieden. Dit nieuwe programma combineert de academische kracht van de SFU met de praktische focus van UNITAR en wordt gedurende een jaar op de campus in Wenen of online uitgevoerd.

The Master of Arts in International Law and the Settlement of Disputes (online, onsite and hybrid formats) offered by UPEACE in partnership with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) is a graduate programme that offers students an understanding of the role that international law and institutions play in the settlement of international and transnational disputes. This specialization examines the role of national and international courts and tribunals in contributing to the settlement of disputes. As international and transnational adjudication has acquired a more prominent role in international relations, it is essential to understand how these global and regional courts are responding to the challenges of the early 21st Century.

In het mondiale bedrijfsleven zijn geschillen en conflicten onvermijdelijk. De University of Bolton (UoB) en het Institute for Training and Research van de Verenigde Naties (UNITAR) hebben samen een MBA-programma in alternatieve geschillenbeslechting ontwikkeld, dat studenten de vaardigheden aanreikt om efficiënte, praktische en scherpzinnige strategieën te ontwikkelen voor het oplossen van dergelijke kwesties, buiten de traditionele rechtszaal om.

The Master of Arts in International Law and Diplomacy (online and hybrid formats) is a two-year. graduate program permitting students to specialize in the interface between international law and diplomacy. It will not only broaden students' knowledge in the field of international law and its various foundational dimensions but will also equip them with knowledge and skills to work in the field of diplomacy and related international careers.

The LL.M. Business Law (International) Program is the first international graduate law program to be offered in Thailand and has since produced a number of outstanding graduates currently pursuing unique legal careers in T­­­­­hailand and other ASEAN countries. Prospective students to the LL.M. Business Law (International) Program include Thai and foreign legal practitioners, graduate students, and exchange students. One of the most distinctive aspects of the LL.M. Business Law (International) Program is the active participation by our two partner universities, as well as our collaborative efforts in accommodating visiting professors from each partner university teaching selected law courses and broadening opportunities for students to participate in an exchange program among leading international universities.
