Diploma CG Asset Portfolio Pre-Productie & Productie

Dit programma is bedoeld voor artiesten met fundamentele vaardigheden op het gebied van CG die hun vaardigheden willen verbeteren terwijl ze op afstand werken. Studenten moeten bereid zijn om minimaal 40-60 uur per week aan hun studie te besteden. Werken tijdens het studeren wordt afgeraden.

Term 1

Je begint dit programma door terug te duiken naar waar je opleiding of ervaring was gebleven. Je leert creatieve technieken waarmee je op een geavanceerder niveau complex en gedetailleerd werk kunt produceren.

In addition to these more advanced lessons, you’ll be required to select your specialization path from one of four primary options: Environments & Props for Film or Games, and Characters & Creatures for Film or Games. These paths will inform what will eventually become your portfolio project during the following two terms.

Term 2

Courses in this term focus on advanced tools, workflows, and techniques that will prepare you for the final stages of your specialization. Upon being connected with your personal mentor, you’ll begin to develop a full-term final project that will serve as a high-quality asset preceding the portfolio production stage.

Workload and expectations increase during this term as pre-production on your portfolio and demo reel begins while advanced courses continue.

Term 3

Deze mentorgerichte term is het fundamentele onderdeel van het portfolioproductieproces en zorgt ervoor dat je definitieve creatieve beslissingen neemt over je stukken, zoals het finaliseren van opnamen, het voltooien van de belichting, het renderen en de compositie om te produceren wat de uiteindelijke versie zal worden.

Alongside the advice of your supervisor and mentor, you’ll take lessons focusing on presentation skills, portfolio packaging, career preparation, and job search which will provide invaluable direction on preparing resumés and cover letters, as well as industry practices and ethics.
