During your studies at KTU and UCF, you will get the knowledge of theories of public administration, the competencies of public sector management practice, public service administration skills. You will have an in-depth understanding of the principles of civil society and volunteering, legal regulation, ethics and corruption prevention, and will learn how to carry out empirical social research.

Alle internationale studenten worden automatisch kandidaten voor de studiebeurs voor internationale studenten, die wordt toegewezen aan eerstejaars bachelor- of masterstudenten met sterke academische records en motivatie. De inwoners van de landen van de Europese Unie en de wereldburgers van Litouwse afkomst kunnen door de staat gefinancierde studieplekken aanvragen. Dit betekent dat alle kandidaten, die in een van de bovengenoemde categorieën vallen, zullen deelnemen aan de algemene toelatingswedstrijd voor bekostigde studieplaatsen en de kans krijgen om gratis te studeren, afhankelijk van hun toelatingsscore.
